Welcome to Scorpio season. This week I’m focusing on filling our evening and weekends with fall activities like baking, crafts and watching a couple more Halloween movies. I’m line editing my novel and preparing to jump back into querying agents soon I’m excited to complete that journey and share it all with you.
Here are ten things that caught my eye this week:
New work in progress for the Liz Lidgett Gallery holiday release.
1. Painting & Audiobooks
I’m finishing a large batch of paintings for my gallery this week. They have a holiday release in November that’s so fun every year. And while I painting I’m taking an online class and listening to audiobooks. (send me your favorite books that are even better on audio!)
2. Compact Mirror
I’ve been looking for a weird compact mirror for my purse for months and I finally found the perfect one (if you have a weird friend on your xmas list, get her this!)

3. Pink House
We’re fixing up the pink house to use as a guest space and I just ordered these counter stools from Etsy and these side chairs for the living room. I also found a bunch of stuff in our basement we could use. I’ll take photos as soon as it’s set up.
4. Home Tour
My favorite type of home tour is an artist’s space, absolutely stuffed with antiques. so good!
The most decorated yard in our neighborhood. All the gold stars for them!
5. Matching
6. Swans
Thinking about this swan skirt and this trench coat.
7. Journal
If you’re contemplating a leather journal I love the color selections here.
So many pumpkins it looks like AI (it’s real, I promise).
8. Quilted Sleeve
I love these quilted sleeves for your iPad or kindle. Perfect for traveling (I always lose my stylus)
9. Goals
Yes, I’m enjoying the present moment. And also, I started looking at 2027 planners (my fave!) and plotting my 2027 goals.
10. Holiday Shops (if you’re ready)
-Lands’ End (love these for gift bags)
-Rifle Paper Co (the best bookish pajamas)
-Anthroplogie (just ordered a giant bow for our tree)
-My favorite Nashville organization makes a great Christmas candle.
ps: This is random, but I’m looking for a new shampoo that leaves your hair feeling super clean and hydrated. Any suggestions?
