Studio Sunday (no. 29)

This week I visited St. Louis for family time. My favorite moments were a trip to the art museum with my siblings, watching Mother Mary (which elicited strong hot AND cold reactions) and eating Shake Shack for breakfast with my sister.

Here are ten things I’m currently enjoying, anticipating and obsessing over.

This time of year I love to make fresh mood boards and plan the upcoming season. Lots of pinning, lists and anticipation. I’m so excited to try new recipes and new routines.

2. Parmesan Popcorn

I finally tried grating parmesan over our homemade popcorn and it was a win. You should try it.

This was my favorite piece we saw at the St. Louis Art Museum. She was made by an unknown transient artist. Love her.

I’m thinking about the perfect white button up, this blue skirt and this dress. Oh.. and I just ordered these cozy shoes.

I don’t have a room for it, but this wallpaper is SO special.

This makes me so sad. Where I live, it’s definitely true. (*buys plane tickets to Europe)

I’m looking forward to long days of audiobooks and crisp fall walks. I’m still waiting for that Lana Del Rey album. And honestly, I cannot wait to see the Verity movie… the trailer looks exactly like I hoped. AUGH. Oh… and soup season. Can’t wait.

Yesterday we had a free afternoon and we put on Twilight movies and started decorating our kitchen. It took two movies just to finish the kitchen. I love to spend several weeks putting up my fall decor and enjoy it for as long as possible. My kids made the paper chains. (Yes, I know it’s still summer… so file this one under anticipating. MY HEART IS FULL.)

I got this dress for me, this dress for my eight year old and this skirt for my eleven year old. I can’t believe they still want to match with me, so I try to keep it pretty subtle but it warms my heart.
